EXFOLIATE! Get rid of dead skin!
WHEW!!!! Girrrrrrl, if you haven’t used a good body scrub to exfoliate then your skin is truly missing out. The #1 thing you can do for smoother skin is to exfoliate regularly. Exfoliation is KEY to soft and smooth skin. Exfoliating 2-3 times weekly can help remove a dead layer of skin to reveal velvety-soft skin beneath. Make sure your body scrub is made with moisturizing oils and/or butter for maximum moisture in the shower. You can also try dry brushing and chemical exfoliation.
